- 1/2 cup unsweetened plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup berries
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tsp honey
- Avocado Toast
- 1 slice wholegrain bread
- 1/3 avocado
- sea salt
- 1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Smoked Salmon Bagel
- 1 sliced hard-boiled egg
- 1 bagel
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp capers
- Breakfast Salad
- 3 cups arugula
- 1/2 diced tomato
- 1/4 sliced avocado
- 1 halved hard-boiled egg
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Balsamic reduction
- sea salt
- pepper
- Whole-Grain French Toast
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup berries
- 1 Tbsp chopped nuts
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Mexican Scrambled Eggs
- 2 Tbsp chopped white onion
- 1 Tbsp sliced jalapeño pepper
- 1/2 diced tomato
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 eggs
- sea salt

- 1 tsp oil
- 1 slice whole-grain bread
Instructions
- Greek Yogurt Parfait: Add 2 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt into a wide glass, drizzle a little honey on top, top with berries and granola and then repeat the process again but drizzling honey at the end.
- Avocado Toast: Toast a slice of bread, then add the flesh of avocado to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mashed avocado to toasted bread and season with a little sea salt and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Smoked Salmon Bagel: Toast the bagel, then add cream cheese to it and top it with smoked salmon, slices of hard-boiled egg, sprigs of dill, and capers.
- Breakfast Salad: Add arugula to a bowl and season with oil, vinegar, reduction, sea salt, and pepper. Then add diced tomato, sliced avocado, and halved hard-boiled egg.
- Whole-Grain French Toast: Whisk egg and milk in a wide shallow bowl until very liquid. Preheat a pan over medium heat until very hot. Add a blob of butter, then dunk the bread into the egg and milk mixture on both sides and then fry in the hot pan for 3 minutes on one side, flip, and fry for 2 minutes on the other. Top with berries and chopped nuts and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Mexican Scrambled Eggs: Chop and dice onion, jalapeño, tomato, and cilantro, and whisk two eggs in a bowl. Preheat a pan over medium heat and once hot add a drizzle of oil and fry the onion and jalapeño first, then add tomato, then egg and scramble. Turn off the heat and add cilantro. Give it a good stir and serve with a piece of toast.
