Immune Booster Juice

  • 1 pineapple
  • 6 clementines
  • As much fresh ginger as you can bear (since I had kids drink this I could only use a 1"x1" piece)


  1. Peel and cut pineapple.
  2. peel clementines.
  3. Thoroughly wash ginger, leaving skin on.
  4. If you have a juicer put all ingredients through juicer (this is the one I have). If you don't have a juicer you can use a blender, add about 1/4 cup water in first. Blend until smooth, then strain out pulp through a mesh sieve.
