As much fresh ginger as you can bear(since I had kids drink this I could only use a 1"x1" piece)
Peel and cut pineapple.
Thoroughly wash ginger, leaving skin on.
If you have a juicer put all ingredients through juicer (this is the one I have). If you don't have a juicer you can use a blender, add about 1/4 cup water in first. Blend until smooth, then strain out pulp through a mesh sieve.
