Wash berries, drain and add to blender, add vanilla bean seeds and maple syrup and blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds while blender is on, blend for about 30 seconds and pour into a sealable glass jar.
Refrigerate for minimum 20 minutes.
Keep refrigerated when not using. Can be stored for up to 1 week depending on ripeness of berries. (If you only eat little jam, I recommend making half the amount only).
