1tspdried onion
1/2tspdried garlic

Instructions
Pat dry the pork chops with a paper towel.
Add olive oil to the pork chops and use your hands to coat them all over.
Add spices to a small bowl or plate and use a fork or whisk to combine them thoroughly.
Sprinkle pork chops on one side with half of the spice mix, then place in a baking dish or any other container you can cover the pork chops in without the cover touching the chops.
Sprinkle the other half of the spice mix on the other side and rub it in with your hands.
Cover the pork chops and let marinate in the fridge for 1-8 hours.
Take the pork chops out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before they will hit the grill.
Grill at 450F for 5-8 minutes on one side, then flip and grill another 5-8 minutes on the other, depending on the thickness. Make sure to close the grill's lid every time to maintain the heat. Use a meat thermometer to determine when they are done. The perfect internal temperature for pork chops is 145F. Do not overcook or it will dry out.
