Ingredients
5ozarugula
4tomatoes on the vine
1/2cupshaved Parmesan(1.7oz/50g)
1/3cupextra virgin olive oil
1.5TbspBalsamic vinegar
sea salt
pepper
1/2cupbasil leaves
Instructions
Dice tomatoes into 1/2" pieces.
Add olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, sea salt, and pepper to a sealable container and shake to combine.
Add arugula to a large salad bowl, top with diced tomatoes, shaved Parmesan, and basil leaves and then drizzle dressing over everything and toss to combine.
