Ingredients

  • 1 donut peach
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 mango
  • 1 plum
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried coconut

Instructions

  1. Cut up all your fruit except orange and add to a big bowl. Add sunflower seeds, then juice of orange (yes, it has to be the juice only, this is what will prevent the other fruit from going brown).
  2. Give the salad a good stir and spoon into a air-tight container suitable to take to work or school. Enjoy!
