Instructions
Greek Yogurt Parfait: Add 2 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt into a wide glass, drizzle a little honey on top, top with berries and granola and then repeat the process again but drizzling honey at the end.
Avocado Toast: Toast a slice of bread, then add the flesh of avocado to a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mashed avocado to toasted bread and season with a little sea salt and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Smoked Salmon Bagel: Toast the bagel, then add cream cheese to it and top it with smoked salmon, slices of hard-boiled egg, sprigs of dill, and capers.
Breakfast Salad: Add arugula to a bowl and season with oil, vinegar, reduction, sea salt, and pepper. Then add diced tomato, sliced avocado, and halved hard-boiled egg.
Whole-Grain French Toast: Whisk egg and milk in a wide shallow bowl until very liquid. Preheat a pan over medium heat until very hot. Add a blob of butter, then dunk the bread into the egg and milk mixture on both sides and then fry in the hot pan for 3 minutes on one side, flip, and fry for 2 minutes on the other. Top with berries and chopped nuts and drizzle with maple syrup.
Mexican Scrambled Eggs: Chop and dice onion, jalapeño, tomato, and cilantro, and whisk two eggs in a bowl. Preheat a pan over medium heat and once hot add a drizzle of oil and fry the onion and jalapeño first, then add tomato, then egg and scramble. Turn off the heat and add cilantro. Give it a good stir and serve with a piece of toast.
