WHAT YOU NEED
raw veggies, tomato, chicken thighs, parsley, quinoa, spices
ADD QUINOA
Add quinoa with spices to the Instant Pot. Then mix well so no quinoa is floating anymore.

ADD CHICKEN
Top with cubed chicken thighs. Do not mix in. Set Instant Pot to 1 min HP + full NPR.

CHOP VEGGIES
Chop bell pepper, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, and parsley.

MAKE DRESSING
Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, dijon mustard, orange & lemon juice in a jar.

MIX & DIVIDE
Mix all ingredients and dressing together. Then divide amongst meal prep containers.
