I created these Raspberry Chia Dessert Balls one evening in the twinkling of an eye when I realized I had forgotten to prepare a dessert for my dinner guest. Well, lucky me they did not only turn out yummy but rather OMG!!! HOW LUSCIOUS IS THIS!!! I WANT MORE AND MORE AND YES… MOOORE!!!
I had to write down the recipe right away so I could share it with the world before my brain sent me its usual error message: “sorry, memory card full”. I followed my own recipe again the next day to make sure I had all the measurements right and, ahm, to eat more, ha!
World: I proudly present to you the easiest and quickest to prepare but still as always very healthy dessert balls you will ever have tasted. You get an incredible amount of calcium, magnesium and iron through just indulging in one little tasty dessert ball. There is not much more to say but enjoy!
Raspberry Chia Dessert Balls
- Mix together all ingredients with a spatula first and then combine with your hands.
- Form a flat round layer of dough on the palm of your hands and place a raspberry in the middle, then wrap the dough around the berry forming a ball.
- Roll every ball in a bowl filled with chia seeds until completely covered.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until time to serve.
