August is the hottest and most humid month in Montreal and cooking is becoming a pain even for me who loves spending hours in the kitchen. Had I an outdoor space I’d be barbecuing every.single.day. Unfortunately we can only barbecue when we go camping or visit friends with an outdoor space and barbecue. When do have the chance we still as always make sure to use healthy barbecue recipes.
Cooking and/or eating outside in summer reminds me of my childhood. My parents have a huuuuuuge garden with terrace. On that terrace there is a big heavy wooden table with two benches that can seat at the very least 14 people. My parents had friends over for barbecues all the time when I was a child and I loved that. I wonder if that is the reason my sisters and I are as social as we are and always longing for people to come over visit us and eat with us. I feel lonely when I don’t meet friends like pretty much ALL THE TIME! Ha!
If you are one of those lucky people to have a barbecue or are invited to barbecues a lot and want to bring something
